You can download the data files from the JPL solar system integration at: http://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/horizons.html or you can get a much more compressed version (with claimed accuracy to better than an arcsecond) that also comes with programming hooks from a group of astrologers at: http://www.astro.com/swisseph/ The latter is very easy to incorporate into your own almanac software.
