Plotting sheet construction using Peter Hakel's "T" Plotter Protractor.
Begin with perpendicular lines on a blank paper or chart back. Lay "T" protractor off the latitude parallel at the desired whole latitude (image example shows for 34* of latitude). Place a point at the 60 mark then draw a meridian through the point and perpendicular to the parallel of latitude. Now scale the central meridian every 10' and draw a parallel of latitude through the 60' mark. Scale the longitude by marking every 10' between center and original meridian 60' mark then drop a vertical mark down to the parallel of latitude (or divide the difference between meridians by 6 and mark in each 10' of longitude).
