I am located on the French/Spanish border on the western Mediterranean. One might propose a meeting at the Royal Institute of Navigation in London. However it is slightly more logical to meet at the London Boat Show in early January. The Royal Institute of Navigation have a stand at the London Boat Show. It would be a suitable rendezvous point for meeting other members of the group. I am sure George Huxtable has some ideas. Philip Ouvry
