Thanks to you all, particularly Nick who found this faux pas. Also to George and Ken G. who passed the listing on to me. You're correct that the observed altitude at 2300UT should be 75d 6'. I'm just at the end of the final, final, corrections & modifications of the book for its 2nd printing. So only by the slimmest hairs can I still make this correction. This shows just how valuable the NavList is.
