Steven, I expect to make good use of your Precomputed Lunar Distance Tables. They cut the work of a lunar distance by more than half. You've done us lunarians a great service. But for the sake of those who are also using my Tables for Clearing, there should be a warning. The three-hour interval can't be proportioned with tables 7 and 8. Not without a bit of fancy footwork, anyway. Since I can't put a warning in the copies of my tables that are out there, I hope you'll put a warning in YOUR tables. Also, it would be nice to have a proportional log table people could print off at the same time they print your Precomputed Distances. A prop log table would make things even more handy, since you already give, alongside the distance, the first of the three that will be needed. Sometime, I hope you'll consider expanding your Tables to a one-hour interval. I'd happily pay $20 or so for a copy. With a three hour interval those short distances can have ferocious second difference problems. Nine times as bad as for one hour. Bruce
