Frank, Yes, the true distances are tabulated monthly. And the six refraction tables are made for every 10 degrees of altitude and 10 degrees of latitude. Alex. P.S. If there is interest in a handy source of star-to-star distances, I can re-calculate the distances and post them together with refraction tables.
