    I am still try to find a good solution to provide reasonable good guesses
    for refraction values (also) at low altitudes for any point on the globe.
    From what I noticed there are differences to expect - even on averaged
    data - depending on the latitude (arctical/antarctical troposphere,
    tropical/aequatorial troposphere and moderate altitude troposphere) and last
    but not least also depending on the seasons (summer/winter).
