 Those would actually be graphics, inserted as pictures. Symbols, better 
called "glyphs", are available in "symbol fonts" from any type house. There 
are many astrology fonts and others that might have the symbols you are 
looking for. A "symbol font" or "decorative font" means it has all glyphs 
rather than the usual alphanumerical characters.
 No Photoshop or graphic editor needed, and there are many free fonts online.
