These sextants on e-bay come from decomissioned (scraped) ships. There is a place which does this decomissioning in India. This explains Indian e-bay sellers. The sextants with inverted mirrors were apparently rusty, and the e-bay seller, who understands nothing about sextants, took mirrors from other sextants and attached it as he saw fit. There used to be a decomissioning place in Kaliningrad region, and there were two Russian e-bay traders there. This is where my SNO comes from. They are out of business now. Alex.
