For visual observation of artificial satellites, I still recommend www.heavens-above.com. It has been the best choice for a long time. Another excellent satellite tracking site is calsky.com. The latter has a bit of a learning curve, but more options once you figure it out. I use heavens-above on a regular basis, and then switch to calsky if I need more detail or if I'm looking for pass data on certain classified satellites which are more likely listed there.
