May be it is now helpful to explain
more detailed why Peter's second
question
"Isnt their (the
atheists)lack of faith as equally blind as that of those who profess it?"
is, what I
indicated, the lighthouse line for navigating through the
Creation.
Any "Concept" is to my
experience limiting the sight and thus makes blind to all which is outside this
"Concept".
The atheist has a "Concept",
the believer has a "Concept", the agnostic also has a "Concept", <G>
aswell is a "Concept" and the believer in "science" is again a
"Concept"...
An example: The "Concept" of
the believer in "science" (and to my understanding also the one of the
atheist) is limited to the physical part of the whole Creation. All their
arguments relate to and are true for this side of the coin. Their
"Concept" limits them therefore to see that their might be an other side of the
coin, which can not be approached by "science" related to the physical sphere of
the Creation. On this other side exists also a science which goes beyond
the former and which, for this reason, I would write as "Science" with a capital
S.
Therefore, in order to
really see, it is, to my experience, necessary to abandon any and all
of these "Concepts". That is, again to my experience, the lighthous line to
the conundrum. I am however aware that not everybody is interested to head for
this lighthous and I accept this as well.
