This is one of those cases where I can say, "the stars must be aligning to keep our schedules in conflict" ...and it's actually true. :) If the weather holds, it should be a good morning for sights: Moon near the meridian separated by about 52 degrees from the Sun.
By the way, for anyone thinking of joining us Saturday morning, there's another good excuse. It's "Windmill Day". Jamestown has a historic windmill and once a year they put up the sails and let it spin in the wind, if any. So you can shoot some lunars or some altitudes (or both) by the historic lighthouse at Beavertail from 9am to 11am and then join the festivities at the windmill scheduled for 11am to 3pm.
