Hey Doug,
You missed the mint Leupold and Stevens I sold earlier in the year. There is a picture on this page. http://landandseacollection.com/id2.html I hope you noticed the U.S. Navy Ball type sextant that sold last week.It was also mint. Went for $375.00 which is cheap considering its condition and case.
The link you listed indicates there was a serious problem with the listing.
