I have made several improvements to the Sight Planning worksheet of my Celestial Navigation workbook (see attached Sight Planning PDF). For creating quiz questions, cell K80 of the Sight Planning worksheet can be used to conceal the DR position used to generate the sight planning data. (See 17 Oct 0200 Greenwich & 16 Oct 2230 Greenwich PDFs). Can you name the places used to generate the Oct. 16 & Oct. 17 data?
Version 14-11 of the Celestial Navigation workbook can be downloaded from the USPS District 16 web site https://www.uspsd16.org
From the "Dept. Info" dropdown menu select "Educational" and under "Quizzes | Workbooks | Software" select "Celestial Navigation".
