    Our last position FIX was at 19:32:20ZT @ 17/02/1999(34d 00.0'S  153d
    30.2'E). Speed 8.7Kts, Compass Course/Course to Steer 89.1d. Var 12dE,
    Dev 2.5dE. Current Drift 17 mi/day, set 185.
    
    The distance log on the knotmeter indicates we have traveled 95.4 mi
    since our Last position FIX. The sky is brightening but we have a solid
    cloud cover.
    
    1)  What is the DR position at the 95.4 mi log reading?
        What is the GMT time and date?

    The wind begins to veer and we harden the sheets. Speed is 8.7Kts. 3Hrs
    and 20 min after our DR plot the wind heads us and we alter the Compass
    Course(CC) to 97.8d.  The Pilot Chart shows we are in a 13dE Var area.
    Dev is 2.0dE.
    
    2)  What is the DR position at our course change?

    We continue on this course for the remainder of the day. At 09:00:00GMT

    gal(1000 ltrs). Fuel Tanks = 155 gal(700 ltrs). Fuel consumption .675
    gal/Hr at 8.5 Kts. Dist to Horizon: Nmi = SQRT HE@mtrs x 2.07; Nmi =
    SQRT HE@ft x 1.17.
