    Understand the time zones, one zone every 15 degrees(1 Hour). Each zone
    7.5 degrees either side of its meridian. Dividing the DR/Fix Lon by 15
    gives the zone you are in apply it to either UT or ZT.
    ZT= UT -W Zone
    UT= ZT +W Zone
