    Ariel,

My limited experience on a small yacht (with SNO-T)
shows that for most observations when it really sails
you cannot use any scope. I recommend a zero-mag tube
(can be found in Celestaire). Some yacht authorities
    say the same.

For observations in a harbor or at anchor or is still weather
you can use the inverting scope.

    Alex.

it is inverting, and not really suited for a small yacht.
