I use the Starpilot iPhone version and the iNA (Nautical Almanac, same manufacturer). I dare to recommend both.
All data available in a machine small enough to fit in any pocket, which is very handy if not sitting at a desk with a PC available.
Among other things, there is a calculator for Lunar Distances which gives results very close to other methods of solving Lunars, provides you have the exact position for the observation(s).
For some reason the iNA does not give you the SemiDiameter of the Moon, but that is a minor problem since the Horizontal Parallax is included in the Ephemeries.
