Martin Gardner P.s. - perhaps saying too much - but my last remarks on this topic: (1) I am not at all disquieted that the RRR to LLL arguments might come to a 1/7th probability, because I was always uneasy with this line of thinking, and because the probabilities involved both infinite and finite areas of the plane. (2) I am not disquieted by the accidental perfect intersection argument, because it seems that in this limiting case, there might actually _be_ a 1 in 4 chance we are at that point. Limits are tricky.
