I enclose two plots with MPPs and 95% confidence ellipses around twelve random LOPS and a third plot. Plotx2 and plotx3 are identical, except that x3 is a 25% ellipse. These suggest to me that rather than *carefully* taking one sight on one body (at a time), it would be better to take three or four sights in rapid succession on each body and let statistical sampling clean up the mess.
