    Stocking stuffer: Time Date conversion table

    Time I started giving back to the list, so here's a little stocking stuffer
    that might or might not be of value.  I made up a Time Date conversion table
    modeled after the US Coast Guard's old card.  I have also put together a
    beginner's guide to date/time conventions relevant to CN, including a series
    of hourly time diagrams to demonstrate how dates evolve.
