    Apparently the algorithm looks for begin twilight, rise, etc. in that
    sequence on the same day. Since you selected UT1, and the Sun doesn't
    set until 2334 UT, end of twilight doesn't occur until the next day.
    
    In the window where you make the time settings, change time zone to your
    local time and all should be well.
