Jeremy,\ This particular online almanac (www.tecepe.com) does not ask for the time of the sight, but appears to merely reproduce the daily pages of a printed almanac, with GHA and decl. listed for each whole hour. If I'm mistaken about that, I hope someone will point it out, as it might explain some of my results!
