I'm going to spend about 20 minutes today on a special topic: latitude by lunars. Yes, you read that right: latitude by lunars. It's a fun, exotic topic without much practical value, but it offers the unique ability to determine your approximate latitude without any horizon reference at all. And what's probably most surprising, both for fans of lunar sights and for newcomers, is that the math steps are quite simple if you do it right.
Don't worry if you can't attend. I'll write this up separately in a NavList post later this week.
