Can a UPS be scaled down to- Latitude 1 second as represented by the "10" on the Latitude scale with a similar adjustment made to Longitude (using the Mercator scale)?
Currently, I've scaled down to 1/2 scale of the sheet. That is- 10 minutes of Latitude as printed on the UPS equal 5 minutes of Latitude with corresponding adjustment to the Longitude scale.
Any ideas?
