    These curves are of interest. Could you please indicate the numbers of the
    figures and the page number. It seems that I do not get around ordering some
    copies at "my" library in CH.

    Thank you for finding this link. It really would be of interest to me. But
    all the FTP sites I tried did not open. Is it an admission problem, or, a
    problem of a port not opened on the router? I do not know at the moment how
    to get at these data. Will keep trying.
