Hi everybody,
does anybody know anything about
instruments used to actually measure the effective refraction error so to apply
a correction to the observed altitude more precise than the standard correction
given in the nautical Almanac?
I've found an item on e-bay
(2554104294) which I suspect (from the few information I could obtain from the
seller) could be such a device.
Thanks
Federico
