    The Visual Bygrave

Attached, please find an interesting bit of confection I call the Visual Bygrave.

For those who don't own a Bygrave or MHR-1, for those too lazy to print out
Gary's Flat Bygrave, I present this slide rule, written in Excel and (just a
    little) Visual Basic.

It has all the feel of using the MHR-1. The steps are just like you would
perform, in the same order, as using either of the physical realizations of
    the Bygrave rule.

You fill in your known values (Declination, Meridian Angle (t) and Latitude)
in the white space in the yellow square. Then you manipulate the pointers
which for us are Red Dots and the upper scale, which is the
Log(Abs(Cotangent(Radians(angle)))). The Zig-Zag solution printed on the
MHR-1 is followed. Each manipulation of the Visual Bygrave slide rule brings
you closer to the solution of Azimuth and Altitude.

Note that you just click the steps and move the slider bars. No need to copy,
cut and paste values. All entries are automatically filled in as you go.
You must be careful to follow the steps in the order required, which is click
the radio button and then move the appropriate slider bar to the correct
    value.

    Instructions and FAQs are included.

    Best Regards
    Brad
