Due to my own disorganization, I find myself in receipt of a second copy of the above mentioned.
The volume is complete, though some pages are slightly soiled. There are also some pencil notes on the dedication page. There is the signature of a previous owner, dated 1940 on one page. It appears that the book was actually used.
The embossed title on the flexible cover is faded but readable. If anyone is interested, contact me off list.
