Dear Greg,
I think it is not good to cram all the CN stuff in one small booklet. It is just the Natural Haversine Table after all, so only the HC|Azimuth-relevant things should be there. Even the long-term SunGHA|Declination table would be regarded as extra.
Because I see such booklet as a back-up - I'd rather spent more attention to some really helpful explanations and instructions - to lead a mariner in distress through the SR procedure.
