I look up the Air Almanac-2018 and see that the Sun has the 16°41'S declination on 2018-11-08 at 16:20UT when his GHA equals to 69°03,8' which is rather far from the island.The Sun will get to the island at ~21:15UT and his declination will be 16°44,5'S which is NOT perfectly zenith.
Just some nit-picking...
