Byron: in the near past I used my 2 Minute Star finder to demonstrate the Suns path at various GMT
Latitudes and Declinations to show the complete movement of the sun in 24 hours.
It shows the suns continuous movement around your horizon in terms of Night time, sunrise GMT the path in your sky LAN Time Height and bearing. If interested 2 videos are on you tube under Navtec333
and listed as tracking the sun and Midnight sun. They enable you to see why we have the Midnight sun
and how the system works within a degree or so.
