It came from a boat chandlers, but was manufactured locally (Australia) for
this express purpose - the makers said it tends to extend the life of all
wet-cell batteries. That boat is sold, but I also added it to a new car
battery that is still going fine after 5 years. It was not expensive.

If you are not in Australia I suspect you may need to find a local
