I apologize for the problems you have experienced. As we have had previous successful offlist communications something must have changed somewhere along the line. I have just had some test emails sent from other's accounts and they experience no apparent difficulties. I'll investigate further on my side and contact you by other means if necessary. In the meantime, however, as a short term resolution it might be best to follow Frank Reed's suggestion and email it to him or others attending the Navigation weekend,
