I'm not inclined to sit down and figure it out to any degree of accuracy. But if in fact the equinox occurred at 06:48 GMT then your figures look pretty good to me. That means that equinox occurred about 5hr+12min. before GAN. 5 hours is 75 degrees+12 minutes is 3 degrees+some possible equation of time....
