Doug, he says it is copied from the IRBS list "from an unidentified author" but the URL he supplies clearly shows that it is your post, taken verbatim. Considering that the seller claims to be a published author, he should know that he has violated your copyright by reposting the work without your permission. You might want to drop him an email discussing that. As to copyright...I don't know that IRBS gives anyone permission to repost our messages elsewhere, I certainly don't recall seeing that. Perhaps Dan can comment on this.
