All, With Steven's generous consent, his website and his lunar distance tables are now available via links on www.LD-DEADLINK-com. You can find them on both the Nav-L and Basics sections. Many thanks to Steven for tables that are a practical aid to lunarians and a wonderful recreation of an historical section of the almanac.
