Brooke- The time seting pages refer to Figure 11 in the opening pages, which appears to show "15" as the seconds count in the smaller line. I didn't read through the whole thing carefully to see if that mode is available all the time, or only in the "setting" mode. the latter would seem ridiculous but then again, I've seen a lot of bad computer programs and a Vector is after only only a dedicated computer. On most digital watches, if you hack the seconds when they read 0-29, the minute count does not change. But if you hack the seconds to zero when the watch is displaying 30-59, they usually hack to zero AND set the minutes ahead to the next minute. There's no law mandating this, but that's the hacking behavior I've seen on most of the digitals I have. Dunno which the Vector does.
