    yes, 57.3 is an approximation, but that large error seems odd.
    I gave the number =57.2957795
    but not to be used as a chord, it is actual distance along pheriphery of the circle,
    if you still want to use it as a chord I also gave a quick and accurate way to divide a circle into 30deg and even 15deg segments to well under one degree accuracy, if one combine the two and work from both directions a very accuratee circle is possible (just tried it over a 15 deg segment on paper, well under 0,5deg error).
