I thought this analysis was interesting although the paper doesn't seem to state clearly whether the 4-figure tables in the book, developed for another purpose, were used in the analysis, or whether perhaps the 6-figure tables, developed specifically for lunars, were used?
I suspect it may have been the shorter book version, based on:
"references from his book, provide details
needed to reproduce the numbers in the Table"
but would like Dave to confirm this, if possible.
