I make 8752.5 / 60 = 145.875 Alistair, 8752.5/60 does indeed equal 145.875. The 145.875 is in decimal degrees. The minutes portion would be 0.875*60 = 52.5 minutes. So 145.875 decimal degrees equals 145 degrees, 52.5 minutes. Jared Sherman pointed out a more convenient calculation, and Doug Royer a calculator method. Hope this helps, Fred
