    >From a practical point of view I have found that there is much to
    recommend making landfall during the daylight hours. So, other then
    taking star sights for practice I depend on morning, noon and
    afternoon sun sights most of the time and especially for landfalls.
    
    But that's not why I am posting. Frank, did you change the password
    for the account you set up for my use? I tried to access the list and
    my logon attempt was rejected. I joined with a throwaway address just
    to post this note.
