Judging by the spirited response here, the term astronav serves a fine purpose -- marketing! It is distinct and memorable and, at least on NavList, it has already created all sorts of buzz!
And Celnav? Sounds like a dietary supplement. Astronav is far more euphonious as a contraction.
And to my surprise, a Google search turns up what appears to be Frank's Ford F150 -- named "AstroNav"! See video.
