    Software for Star Recognition

I am unfortunately not yet where I would like to be. Some help to finally being able to identify all visible stars in the photo is appreciated.

    So far I arrived at:
The annotated-image from astrometry.net indicates a few of the recognised stars in the image.
The red-green-image shows more recognised star positions in the photo. What is the best or easiest way to recognise the stars in this non-annotated red-green-image?

I tried then to see whether the fits-files would provide more information. I installed FIts Liberator on my W7prof but it does not function. Windows suggests to open the fits-files with this program but fails then to do so. Fits Liberator does actually not even start when activated. I finally uninstalled it and installed SAOImage DS9 instead. This program allows me to open at least one of the 4 files (new-image.fits). But for the other 3: "Unable to load ...". But, would these files really help identifying directly the other stars? I mention "directly" because the file new-image.fits seems to allow it to do it indirectly because the cursor indicates in the photo RA and Dec (probably approximate values) which would then make it possible finding the corresponding star in a catalogue.
