Brad and Norm, thanks for the questions on the Fuller.I've attached a paper covering a sight reduction using both Fuller 2 and a Bygrave for comparison.the Fuller 1 has no trig scales. The Fuller 2 has sines only ,so cosines have to be converted first. Re accuracy, Sin(45) comes out as 0.7071 and depending on where you land on the scales, usually get 4-7 decimal places.So I generally get results as accurate as a calculator. The Bygrave is slightly less accurate (but usually better than 1-2' out) but much quicker as you can see from the attached.
