Yes Dan, my 1975 Vol. II is dark green (faded) in colour. Its preface states " This volume of the extensively revised edition....", but makes no reference to the year of the revised edition! So far, all the cross references from my 1977 Vol I to my 1975 Vol II match up...suggesting that Vol II was meant to last several Vols I.
