I notice that there are two versions of the 2012 joint UKHO/USNO nautical almanac for sale on Amazon. Two other things leap out at me: (1) The second is half the price of the first and (2) Paradise Key claims in their blurb to be "the only entity in the United States other than the US Government legally authorized to publish the full contents of the Nautical Almanac." Does anyone know anything about the skyhorse edition or what is going on here?
