    Frank,

    Yes, that makes sense. I went ahead and cleared the two "perfect" observations and the calculated slope fit them much better. I am now in the process of trying to figure out if it's worth trying to work the corrections backward into the calculated distances for future observations. Using MICA, I've noticed that the declination between geocentric and topocentric locations doesn't seem to change exactly by the amount of parallax in altitude. I'm going to keep working to see if I can figure it out.
