"Thank you for the link to the UK Air Almanac. I remember now being told when I enquired some years ago that the daily pages of 10 minute GHAs had been taken out and replaced with pages and pages of rising and setting information for the Sun and Moon, and your link confirms this."
That's right. And it's really misleading that they call this the "Air Almanac". But... as I posted a few short weeks ago... the Air Almanac (formerly considred the "US" Air Almanac, but it's the only one still published) is available online at no charge --FREE-- starting this year. Get it here.

"I believe the US Air Almanac still has the 10 minute GHA daily pages. I was just wondering it still has, or ever had the small circular 57 Navigational Star sky maps."
Yes, it still includes the 10 minute data, and yes, it still includes the star maps. The sample file which I prepared and included in my post six weeks ago includes a page of those sky maps. Here's the link to that extract again:
And of course if you don't mind a medium-sized download, about 59 megabytes, you can get all the data and all of the star maps here (same link as above). Given the price, this publication should completely replace the standard Nautical Almanac for navigation use ...if word gets out. I notice that the web site claims that the Air Almanac will be available nine months before its edition date, but the 2016 is not yet available and we are now seven months from the beginning of the year. We may need to remind them...
