Herbert,
I know the basic properties of Lemoine point, thank you !
But when issuing LMS minimization -through pseudo-inverse matrix calculus-, I don't use them at all.
In the past, I have checked that the analyticals results are the expected ones, for a number of cases, including 2 parallel LOPs.
I did not say that Lemoine may be wrong ! I only observed sometimes that (my) analytical results may be not exactly superimposed...
Probably other Navlist members using LMS should have similar remarks.
An example is provided in Andrés case, with some (small) difference between Lemoine point and the same LMS analytic result from 3 of us.
Can you explain it ?
